During this call, we’ll get to know each other to determine if there may be a potential fit. This call is designed to gauge your level of interest in our franchise. We’ll answer any questions you have and get to understand your expectations of this endeavor. How fast do you want to go? Will you need assistance with financing? What is most important to you when making this decision? These questions and others will be covered during our discussion.
We’ll have a web meeting to share more details about our franchise opportunity, cost estimate, revenue averages, support, training, marketing, and every phase from the site selection process to building it out and getting it equipped for opening day.
We’ll send you our Request for Consideration application for you to fill out then follow up on your interest and dive deeper into your financial ability, available territories, and more. If you’re in need of financing, we’ll discuss your options and can refer candidates to one of our financial partners.
In this step we’ll send you our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). After you’ve had some time to review the FDD, we’ll follow up on your interest and answer any questions you may have. We also encourage you to talk to several franchisees to get their thoughts on the brand. Lastly, we will set up a video interview with our CEO so she can get to know you and your goals, answer any questions, and share about our awesome franchise.
During this event you’ll meet members of our leadership team of each department to get a better understanding of our vision for the brand and to get an in-depth look at the support that we offer our franchise partners. You will present your business plan and share why you will be an awesome franchise partner. We’ll discuss all questions you may have regarding marketing, training, etc. prior to executing a franchise agreement.
When mutual consent is established, you will be awarded a franchise. We will finalize the territory, discuss your business entity then prepare the Franchise Documents for you to sign. You’ll also pay any fees and schedule a real estate planning meeting.
Watch your future Pizza Factory franchise come to life! You’ll work with our real estate department for every phase of this process. Our team will guide you from finding the location to negotiating the lease to building it out and getting it equipped for opening day.
With your site nearing completion, you take part in our extensive training program. Our training process includes 4 days at our test kitchen with our Corporate Chef, one day at our corporate office as well as 3 weeks training at one of our training restaurants. Before you open your doors, we’ll make sure you—and your entire team—are more than ready to impress your guests from day one.
The day is finally here! After all your hard work, dedication, and preparation, you’ll finally open your doors to your family, friends, neighbors, and community. Our team will be with you to help you work out any issues that arise and to answer any questions you or your team may have. Most of all, we’ll be there to celebrate the start of your exciting journey with Pizza Factory.
