Pizza Factory’s Secret Sauce – The Community Connection

Learn more about Pizza Factory franchise ownership.

At Pizza Factory, our fan-favorite pizza sauce isn’t the only thing that sets us apart. Our franchise owners consistently earn recognition for the positive impact they make in the communities they serve. This is because community connection is an integral part of franchising with Pizza Factory. Our locations are deeply ingrained in their communities, and our franchisees are committed to making a difference by contributing to the well-being of their neighbors.

The Pizza Factory Franchise Difference

In an era where drive-thrus and delivery dominate the fast-casual landscape, our Pizza Factory franchise model is different. We believe that community connections are essential to sustained success. In markets across the country, our franchise owners have discovered that prioritizing community engagement not only feels right but also drives impressive financial results. The proof is in the dough; our top-performing franchisees earn AUVs ranging from $965K to $2.08M.*

Our franchisees aren’t just business owners—they’re pillars of their communities, and they take pride in this differentiator. “One of the things that attracted me to the brand overall is how well-rooted in the community it is,” says Anthony Lum, multi-unit Pizza Factory franchisee. “Customers are treated like family.”

Many of our franchisees embrace our unique dine-in party space model with an arcade area and banquet rooms. This restaurant model encourages community members to come together for family outings, enjoying not only the delicious pizza but also our welcoming environment. With customizable models ranging from 1,000 to over 5,000 square feet, our franchisees have the flexibility to fit their specific market and needs.

Giving Back

At Pizza Factory, we believe in paying it forward. Through initiatives like our No Bully Zone and GiftAMeal partnerships along with sponsorships on the local level through youth sports leagues and fundraising events, our franchisees actively contribute to positive change within their communities.

To date, we have donated more than 8,500 meals systemwide to our communities via GiftAMeal. Through this partnership, each Pizza Factory restaurant is geo-tagged to its nearest food pantry, ensuring that the meals donated directly benefit the local community. The program aims to be a sustainable, ongoing effort, exemplifying Pizza Factory’s commitment to making a positive impact. Evidence of this outlook was the brand’s incredibly successful early launch at its Medical Lake, WA location. This launch played a crucial role in extending support to the local community, especially in the aftermath of devastating wildfires in the area. The location was able to contribute a remarkable number of meals to the Second Harvest Food Bank.
