Here’s a sweet story: when Nick Ahnen and his wife Josslyn had kids, they wanted to return to their hometown area in California to raise their family. The night they moved into their home, they had no furniture. They decided to order food from their local Pizza Factory – and it was love at first bite!
“We fell in love with the food, and it has been a love affair ever since,” Nick told the Merced County Times.
Now, a longtime Pizza Factory fan and experienced restaurant operator, Nick is taking over ownership of the Atwater Pizza Factory location with his wife Josslyn, following the success of the previous owner’s long-standing commitment. He says that the staff treats them like family.
“Pizza Factory is not only entrenched in the communities it occupies, but it also provides a reliable investment from a business standpoint as its authentic model sets each restaurant up for success,” Nick continues. “During a time when the pizza industry is booming, the Atwater restaurant will definitely provide longevity for a business owner.”
The couple plans to leverage Nick’s experience in the restaurant industry and Josslyn’s extensive background in store management to diversify their portfolio and carry on the Pizza Factory legacy.
