Connect with Pizza Factory: Training

At Pizza Factory, our great-tasting menu items and unique, family-friendly ambiance set us apart from competitors. As more communities nationwide are introduced to our pizzas made with hand-tossed dough, 100 percent mozzarella grated in-house and slow-cooked sauce, it’s more important than ever to provide an exceptional franchisee experience for those skilled entrepreneurs who bring our concept into their communities.

As a Pizza Factory franchisee, you’re never alone. The home office team is your support system and has more than 30 years of experience to draw from when it comes to helping our franchisees succeed.

Though our restaurants operate in small markets, that equates to big business. Many of our owners thrive in smaller communities where the cost of real estate is lower, there’s less competition and a greater market share. Plus, a smaller market means a greater opportunity to get to know the customers and community.

Our training program involves hands-on pre-opening support as well as store opening assistance by an experienced team member. As a franchisee, you’ll also have access to our in-house advertising team to help you develop your marketing strategy. Annual franchise meetings provide opportunities for learning and networking from fellow franchisees, and there’s always room for more growth and education.

Our franchisees are the heart of our business, and we take our role in their success very seriously. For more information on the outstanding franchise opportunities available with Pizza Factory, click here.
